Search for a doctor by specialty or location, view their available slots, select a time that suits you, and confirm. You will receive a booking token and reminders.
Yes. All doctors listed on DocBook are verified healthcare professionals. We review credentials before any doctor is listed on the platform.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You can view all payment history in the app. DocBook does not store your card details.
If you cancel an eligible appointment within the allowed window, a refund is initiated to your original payment method. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Yes. Doctors who offer video consultations are marked in the app. You can join a video call directly from the DocBook app at your appointment time.
Yes. Your health data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You can cancel or reschedule appointments from the Bookings section in the app. Cancellation policies may vary by doctor.
